Estimate Your Wedding Photography PRICE

This guide will help you estimate your own wedding photography package price so you can see how much it might cost for your special day. Most couples set a budget based on their priorities. As a starting point, you can calculate a minimum budget by taking 10–15% of your total wedding budget.

Yes! We cover everything from intimate weddings to large celebrations. We understand that every couple is unique, so we are completely flexible with packages. Whether your wedding falls into a budget segment, a premium coverage, or a luxury experience, we can tailor our services to match your needs. We never limit ourselves to only one segment; the goal is to provide the best photography experience for your day, whatever your style or budget.

Standard packages typically include 8 -10-12 hours of coverage, one photographer, a minimum of 700 edited photos, and a digital gallery. Premium options may include a second photographer, coverage of the rehearsal dinner or next-day brunch, an engagement session, drone footage, and other extras.

It’s best to book 9 to 12 months in advance, especially for popular dates. We often receive bookings up to 18 months ahead, so securing your date early ensures availability and avoids last-minute stress.

Review the available packages and provide the wedding location, date, guest count, desired hours of coverage, and any additional extras needed. Estimate the photography budget as a percentage of the total wedding budget. With this information, a personalized package can be created to match the required coverage and expectations.

We use a simple 50/50 structure: 50% deposit to reserve your date and 50% before the wedding day. All information, including the payment, invoice, and contract, is sent through our online booking platform for clarity and convenience.
