We take care of your personal data the same way we take care of your wedding day: carefully and discreetly. This page explains who we are, what data we collect, why we use it and your rights under the GDPR, the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) and the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI-CE).
Who we are
Fotoclip Studio, wedding photographers based in Spain. For any question about your data, write to info@fotoclipstudio.com.
Data we collect
Your name, email and phone number; the details of your wedding (date, country, venue and anything you choose to share); our emails and WhatsApp messages; the information needed for your contract, invoices and payments; the photographs we take of you and your guests; and technical data such as your IP address and browser, collected through cookies.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and send you availability and a proposal. Steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To photograph your wedding and deliver your galleries. Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To issue invoices and meet tax obligations. Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- To measure our website and advertising. Only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the website secure. Our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We never sell or rent your personal data.
Your photographs
We use the photographs of your wedding to create and deliver your galleries. We only publish them on our website, social media or in publications when you have agreed to it, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Guests who would like an image of themselves removed can simply write to us.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become a booking are deleted within 12 months. Client contracts and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires (6 years under the Spanish Commercial Code). Your online gallery stays available for the period stated in your contract.
Who we share it with
Only trusted providers that help us run the studio (website hosting, email and CRM, messaging, gallery delivery, payments and, with your consent, advertising and analytics), plus our accountant when needed. They act only on our instructions. When a provider is outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards of the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the website working. Analytics and advertising cookies, such as those of Google and Meta, are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@fotoclipstudio.com. We reply within one month. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security
We protect your data with HTTPS encryption, restricted access and secure storage of contracts and galleries.
Intellectual property
All photographs and texts on this website belong to Fotoclip Studio and may not be used without our written permission. This notice is governed by Spanish law.
